Job Description

  • Verifying educational, employment, credit and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated countries for our clients.
  • Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks in order to verify details and prepare reports.
  • Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general inquiries.
  • To exceed client’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Job Requirements

  • Required language(s): Japanese (Non-native speakers JLPT N2 and above)
  • Good command of English
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications
  • Confidentiality Standards
  • Ability to adhere to processes, procedures and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments
  • Keen to learn
  • Education qualifications: Bachelor Degree in any industry
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Diploma/Certificate holder requires at least 5-7 years relevant working experience
  • Applicant must be willing to work in rotational shift
  • Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
