Job Description
- Verifying educational, employment, credit and criminal background of candidates in a dedicated countries for our clients.
- Making telephone calls, writing emails, using systems to conduct database checks in order to verify details and prepare reports.
- Handling all inbound/outbound calls/email/live chat pertaining to background verification general inquiries.
- To exceed client’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Job Requirements
- Required language(s): Japanese (Non-native speakers JLPT N2 and above)
- Good command of English
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications
- Confidentiality Standards
- Ability to adhere to processes, procedures and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments
- Keen to learn
- Education qualifications: Bachelor Degree in any industry
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Diploma/Certificate holder requires at least 5-7 years relevant working experience
- Applicant must be willing to work in rotational shift
- Must be willing to work in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
