Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries professionally & empathetically via calls and WhatsApp, resolving issues effectively.
- Promptly manage escalated complaints using tickets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promote products & services (including upgrades) to enhance customer experience.
- Use persuasive skills to retain customers considering downgrades.
- Meet productivity goals while providing excellent customer service.
- Be flexible & take on extra tasks as needed.
- Own personal KPIs & collaborate to achieve team goals.
Job Requirements
- Min. SPM/O-Level with 2+ years customer service OR Diploma with 6+ months OR Degree (fresh grads welcome).
- Experience in contact/call centres preferred.
- Fluent in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical & goal-oriented.
- Strong customer service skills: attentiveness, empathy, patience, persuasive communication, phone manners, effective communication.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible for rotational shifts (including weekends & public holidays).
