Customer Service Consultant (Broadcast/Media)

Job Description
    • Handle customer inquiries professionally & empathetically via calls and WhatsApp, resolving issues effectively.
    • Promptly manage escalated complaints using tickets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Promote products & services (including upgrades) to enhance customer experience.
    • Use persuasive skills to retain customers considering downgrades.
    • Meet productivity goals while providing excellent customer service.
    • Be flexible & take on extra tasks as needed.
    • Own personal KPIs & collaborate to achieve team goals.
Job Requirements
    • Min. SPM/O-Level with 2+ years customer service OR Diploma with 6+ months OR Degree (fresh grads welcome).
    • Experience in contact/call centres preferred.
    • Fluent in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Positive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical & goal-oriented.
    • Strong customer service skills: attentiveness, empathy, patience, persuasive communication, phone manners, effective communication.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.
    • Flexible for rotational shifts (including weekends & public holidays).
