Job Description
- Resolve customer issues related to website, login and order issues.
- Handle customer orders via official online platform and social communication platform.
- Check and manage stock inventory reporting.
Job Requirements
- No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least hold an SPM certificate.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently.
- Own transportation.
- Willing to work with shifting, including weekends and holiday if required.
- Working Hours:
GJ team : Morning 9am -7pm, Noon 3pm - 1am (2 shifts)
GPC Team : Morning 9am - 7pm, Noon 1pm - 11pm, Night 11pm - 9am (3 shifts)
