Sales surpassed the initial target, reaching 66,000 homes. Sales volume for 2023 is projected at RM40.7 million, reflecting the success of the alliance.

Job Description

  • Daily Assigning Jobs to Contractors and Installers (via WhatsApp) based on the list from CUCKOO and update in the system.
  • Check job completion on CUCKOO System daily to ensure Installers upload all the required 10 documents into the system to close the job.
  • Inform installers to collect aircon from their nearest Warehouse.
  • Solve issues or matters pertaining to jobs assigned to Installers.
  • Remind Installers to call customers before the appointment date and time to ensure customer availability. At the same time inform customers via WhatsApp on what’s free and what’s chargeable.
  • Weekly check on the system to ensure all documents are uploaded for payment purpose.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service or relevant field related preferred.
  • Duration Internship at least 4 months and above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems.
  • Adaptability to evolving processes and procedures.
