Job Description
- Client Management
- Proactively identify and approach new clients to expand the customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Reporting & Scheduling
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and schedules to your superior.
- Sales Monitoring & Data Entry
- Utilize the Sales Force system daily to track and update sales activities and client interactions.
- Ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner.
- Cross-Team Communication
- Collaborate effectively with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Tour Leading (if applicable)
- May be required to lead client tours as part of business development activities.
Job Requirements
- Language Skills
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Personality & Skills
- Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
- Presentable, outgoing, and passionate about travel.
- Confident, team-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
- Education
- Diploma or Degree (preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field).
- Industry Experience
- Background in the travel industry or extensive personal travel experience is preferred.
- Employment Terms
- The first 6 months will be on a contract basis.
- Potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation.
