Job Description
- Coordinate and communicate with ground operators in Japan and other international destinations to ensure smooth tour arrangements.
- Plan, organize, and manage detailed tour itineraries according to client requirements and schedules.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and related travel documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle billing processes, including invoices, credit notes, vouchers, and payment coordination.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials as requested for clients or internal use.
- Serve as a key liaison with customers, providing excellent service and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Lead and accompany tours as required, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless execution.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales and sales support teams to align on client needs and operational requirements.
- Conduct tour briefings and presentations when required.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of travel-related events and activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support business operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tourism industry or in an operations-related role.
- Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and a professional, service-oriented personality.
- Experience traveling to Japan is preferred.
- Willing to lead tour groups when required.
- Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage (JLPT N3 or above preferred).
- Good communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
