Job Description
- Support end-to-end M&A transactions, including deal screening, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and execution.
- Build, review, and enhance robust financial models, including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, scenario, and sensitivity analyses.
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda, board papers, and senior management presentations.
Coordinate closely with external advisors (Big 4 firms, legal counsel, tax advisors, bankers, and valuation specialists) to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Perform business valuations for acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and internal strategic initiatives.
- Analyse historical and forecast financial performance, cash flows, balance sheets, and key value drivers.
Conduct industry, market, and competitor analyses to support investment decisions and corporate strategy.
- Lead or support financial due diligence engagements, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt analysis, and identification of key financial risks.
- Review financial, tax, and operational diligence findings and translate them into clear commercial insights for decision-making.
Support post-acquisition integration planning from a financial perspective, where applicable.
- Support group-level strategic initiatives, corporate restructuring, and capital optimisation projects.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on transaction execution, governance, and compliance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal corporate finance processes, templates, and controls.

Job Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, ICAEW, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Deal Advisory, Valuation, or Big 4 audit with transaction exposure.
• Big 4 background is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence is required.
Skills & Attributes
• Strong Excel financial modelling and PowerPoint skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial statements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
