Component Sales Manager - Machinery

Job Description

    Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for component sales.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s component sales footprint.
    • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Drive lead generation, prospecting, and cold outreach efforts to secure new clients.

       

      Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and drive repeat business.

       

      Sales Reporting & Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
    • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast future sales.

       

      Collaboration & Coordination:

    • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
Job Requirements
    • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Chemical Engineering.
    • Proven experience in component sales within the Bulk Material & Powders Industries.
    • Extensive experience in sales and marketing within Asia.
    • Experience managing distribution channels across the Asia region.
    • Expertise in Powder Processing Systems & Equipment is a strong advantage.
    • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
    • Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Willing to travel frequently.
