Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for component sales.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s component sales footprint.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Drive lead generation, prospecting, and cold outreach efforts to secure new clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and drive repeat business.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and forecast future sales.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven experience in component sales within the Bulk Material & Powders Industries.
- Extensive experience in sales and marketing within Asia.
- Experience managing distribution channels across the Asia region.
- Expertise in Powder Processing Systems & Equipment is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
- Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel frequently.
