Component Sales Manager - Machinery

Job Description
    • Sales Strategy & Execution:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets for component sales within the machinery industry.
      • Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's component sales footprint.
      • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
    • Team Leadership:
      • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
      • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance team members’ sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Sales Reporting & Analysis:
      • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
      • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities, track pipelines, and forecast future sales.
    • Collaboration & Coordination:
      • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
      • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and resolution of customer issues.

     

Job Requirements
    • Job Requirements:

    • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Chemical Engineering.
    • Proven experience in component sales within the Bulk Material & Powders Industries.
    • Extensive experience in sales and marketing within Asia.
    • Experience managing distribution channels across the Asia region.
    • Expertise in Powder Processing Systems & Equipment is a strong advantage.
    • Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
    • Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Willing to travel frequently.
    • 5-day workweek.
