Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate chiropractor to join our healthcare team, fresh graduates are welcomed as well! As a chiropractor, you will work closely with our physiotherapists to help our patients regain physical mobility, manage pain, and improve overall functionality. Your expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating will be invaluable in promoting the well-being and recovery of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and current condition to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  2. Develop personalized treatment programs based on the individual needs and goals of each patient.
  3. Implement wide range of chiropractic techniques, including spinal manipulation, manual soft tissue release, dry needling, corrective exercises, electrotherapy… to facilitate recovery and promote mobility, any treatment methods are welcomed.
  4. Provide hands-on treatment and guidance to patients, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and ensuring safety throughout the rehabilitation process.
  5. Monitor patients' progress, reassessing and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  6. Educate patients and their families on preventive measures, exercise routines, and self-care techniques to support long-term recovery and prevent future injuries.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure interdisciplinary communication.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluations.
  9. Stay current with advancements in chiropractic techniques and research, participating in professional development activities and attending relevant workshops or conferences.
  10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and following the guidelines set by the relevant regulatory bodies.
  11. Collaborate closely with your Clinic Director on a continual basis to assess the necessary support and training needed for your professional growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chiropractic from an accredited institution.
  2. Proven experience in assessing and treating a variety of conditions.
  3. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics as they relate to physical rehabilitation.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating effectively to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  6. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities to address complex patient conditions and treatment challenges.
  7. Proficiency in using relevant medical equipment and computer systems for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
  8. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
  9. Excel in both giving and receiving feedback, using it to enhance your client care and performance
