Job Description

• Provide accurate and detailed information about the vehicle’s condition, history, features, and pricing.
• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling and negotiation techniques.
• Stay updated on market trends, vehicle pricing, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in promotional events, online listings, and marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and documentation in the dealership's CRM system.
• Handle paperwork for vehicle registrations, insurance, and financing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive Sales. Proven experience in automotive sales, particularly in the used car segment, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle inspection, valuation, and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with the Irish automotive market and customer preferences.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• A valid Irish driver’s license is mandatory.
• Local citizenship or permanent residency is required
