Job Description

    Are you someone who loves speaking with people, is naturally curious, and wants to gain real-world sales and business experience?

     

    We’re looking for an Intern to help our client grow and support their client base. You’ll assist with prospect engagement, client care, and some market research — all while building valuable skills for your future career.

With a mission to enhance patient convenience and healthcare efficiency, they connect users with medical professionals through an intuitive digital platform. Operating across multiple regions, they provide seamless appointment booking, teleconsultations, and healthcare solutions that empower both patients and providers.

    • It's a 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday job

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Sales Support

    • Prepare and manage the sales funnel by organizing leads and tracking follow-ups
    • Call and engage with targeted prospects to introduce our products and services
    • Assist in telemarketing campaigns to nurture warm leads
    • Handhold and support clients remotely after product or service deployment

     

    Business Intelligence

    • Conduct desk research to gather business insights on prospects and market trends
    • Identify and build new target lists for outreach campaigns
Job Requirements
    • Able to commit at least 3 months (12 weeks)
    • Strong communication skills: Clear, confident, and friendly on the phone and over email
    • A positive, teachable attitude: Eager to learn and open to feedback
    • Problem-solving mindset: Able to think on your feet and find solutions
    • Responsible and independent: Can manage tasks with minimal supervision
    • Integrity and professionalism when dealing with clients and prospects
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM tools is a plus)
    • Bonus if you have prior experience in customer engagement, telesales, or business research
