Job Description
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, generating new business opportunities.
- Conduct cold outreach to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
- Research and connect with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Consult clients on Leadership, Team Development, and Organizational Culture, understanding their industry-specific challenges and providing effective solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales approaches and pitches to win deals and long-term projects.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions that align with client needs.
- Participate in pricing discussions, ensuring alignment with both client budgets and company objectives.
- Address client concerns effectively by clarifying differences, emphasizing common ground, and driving positive outcomes.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients by offering continued support, tailored solutions, and upselling opportunities.
- Introduce new products and services to enhance partnerships and maximize client value.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying client learning and development needs while offering customized recommendations.
- Organize and participate in both internal and external debriefs to ensure client expectations are met.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to stay updated on market trends and expand business reach.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management for the development of new services, products, and market strategies.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to refine the company’s unique value propositions and differentiation strategies.
- Assist in crafting business plans, sales strategies, and data-driven sales updates to refine overall market approach.
- Set and track sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports, tracking progress on key accounts.
- Oversee P&L management for projects and client accounts.
- Align with the company’s vision and objectives to enhance overall business performance.
- Represent the organization’s brand and values in all client interactions and professional engagements.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in related fields of business, HR, L&D, communication or equivalent with at least 5 years’ work experience.
- Planning, priority setting, quality-focus and a good problem-solver in execution of your role.
- Self-motivated to achieve results, detail oriented and can ‘think on your feet’ to resolve challenges.
- Strong coordination skills with a demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Systematic, thorough and able to organize work well independently and in a team.
- Experience in client management would be an advantage.
- Communication skills in verbal and written.
- Knowledge in Microsoft.
