Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and expand the existing customer base across Asia.
• Build rapport with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term business growth.
• Manage and coordinate customer inquiries, technical specifications, drawings, and project details.
• Collaborate closely with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Work alongside the projects team to ensure optimal solutions that align with clients' interests.
• Design and implement innovative approaches to customize complex solutions based on business and customer needs.
• Negotiate delivery timelines, payment terms, and other contractual conditions with clients.
• Drive business development initiatives and provide strategic insights for designated non-food market segments as directed by management.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in non-food powder industries.
• Promote company equipment and solutions, actively working to gain market share from competitors.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including revenue, sales volume, invoicing, gross margins, and forecasts.
• Gather and analyze competitor intelligence, recommending strategic market actions.
• Available to respond to business needs on short notice.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven experience in business development within the non-food powder industries.
• Strong background in sales and marketing across Asia.
• Experience in managing distribution channels in the region.
• Knowledge of Powder Processing Systems & Equipment is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
