Job Description

  • Building of key customers and existing customer base (Asia). 
  • Relationship building with new and existing customers. 
  • Coordinating/Managing enquiries, specifications, drawings and other details.
  • Work closely with end users and related stakeholders to gather and define requirements so as to provide technical solutions to customers
  • Liaise with projects department into delivering the best solution to the client’s interests.
  • Find creative/ innovative ways to tailor complex solutions to business and customer needs 
  • Conduct negotiations on delivery, payment and other necessary conditions with the clients 
  • Provide business development and strategic insight into specific NON FOOD market segments designated by upper management. 
  • Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective NON FOOD markets.  
  • Promote equipment to customers and gain market share from competitors. 
  • Self-monitoring and reporting of sales development, sales volume, and invoicing, gross margin and forecast figures. 
  • Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with management.
  • Able to work with short notice

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical Engineering
  • Relevant experienced in business development in NON FOOD POWDERS INDUSTRIES
  • Relevant experienced in sales & marketing in Asia 
  • Relevant experienced in management of distribution channels in Asia
  • Applicant who have relevant experienced in Powder Processing System & Equipment is an added advantage   
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
  • A great team player with exceptional  interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to travel
