Job Description
- Building of key customers and existing customer base (Asia).
- Relationship building with new and existing customers.
- Coordinating/Managing enquiries, specifications, drawings and other details.
- Work closely with end users and related stakeholders to gather and define requirements so as to provide technical solutions to customers
- Liaise with projects department into delivering the best solution to the client’s interests.
- Find creative/ innovative ways to tailor complex solutions to business and customer needs
- Conduct negotiations on delivery, payment and other necessary conditions with the clients
- Provide business development and strategic insight into specific NON FOOD market segments designated by upper management.
- Work with management to create and implement sales strategies and policies to develop business in the respective NON FOOD markets.
- Promote equipment to customers and gain market share from competitors.
- Self-monitoring and reporting of sales development, sales volume, and invoicing, gross margin and forecast figures.
- Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with management.
- Able to work with short notice
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Chemical Engineering
- Relevant experienced in business development in NON FOOD POWDERS INDUSTRIES
- Relevant experienced in sales & marketing in Asia
- Relevant experienced in management of distribution channels in Asia
- Applicant who have relevant experienced in Powder Processing System & Equipment is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
- A great team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Willing to travel
