Job Description
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within targeted industry sectors.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales and renewal goals.
- Apply a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach by understanding client needs and proposing customized cloud solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive customer loyalty and account expansion.
- Contribute to lead generation, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Gather and share market intelligence to enhance product offerings and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure business development initiatives align with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, forecasts, and account management documentation.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B solution / consultative selling (e.g., IT services, software solutions, business consulting, or other complex service-based fields).
- Proven experience in selling customized solutions is essential. Pure product sales background is not a good fit for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultative environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into business value.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client partnership-building skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
