Job Description
As part of the Key Account division, you will:
- Identify potential clients, determine client needs and establish new prospective client relationships
- Contact and pitch company services and product to prospective clients through a variety of communication methods (e.g. calls, emails, chat, etc)
- Drive client acquisition initiatives alongside the Manager
- Acquire deep understanding of client's business and HR needs
- Collect user feedback (on the client side) on existing and new product features, working closely with the Management team
- Conduct and present competitor analysis to identify potential areas of growth, market penetration, and capture market share to surpass industry competitors
- Liaise with and serve as point of contact between internal team and clients
- Support the Manager in conducting demo and onboarding sessions with prospective clients
- Complete data entry and any ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Strong command of written and English, other languages will be an added advantage
- Driven and inquisitive personality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with team members and stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in sales and business development
