Job Description

    As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting various functions of the department through managing short-term projects, creating learning tools, designing persuasive communications, and providing essential support. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to impactful projects and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing Short-term Projects:
      • Collaborate with team members to plan, execute, and oversee short-term projects.
      • Assist in project coordination, including scheduling, resource management, and progress tracking.
      • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Creating Learning Tools:
    • Develop educational materials, presentations, and resources to facilitate learning within the department.
    • Research and gather information to create engaging and informative content.
    • Adapt learning tools to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
    • Designing Persuasive Communications:
      • Craft compelling communication materials, including presentations, reports, and documents.
      • Utilize design software and tools to create visually appealing and persuasive content.
      • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
    • Providing Support Role to the Department:
      • Offer administrative support, such as data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings.
      • Assist in research tasks, data analysis, and report generation as needed.
      • Collaborate with team members to address departmental needs and priorities.
Job Requirements
    • Currently enrolled or have finished a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software/tools.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Prior experience in project management, content creation, or related areas is a plus.
