Job Description
- Identify emerging markets and industries for potential expansion.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Act as a primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and ongoing communication.
- Craft persuasive proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of company products or services.
- Lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts and close deals successfully.
- Work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Partner with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide valuable insights from market research to support product and service enhancements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and track progress on deals and revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships within property management & real estate, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role also involves researching market trends, generating leads, negotiating contracts, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.

Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales or a related role. Experience in property management/ Real estate is preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion skills, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability to evolving market trends and industry changes.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
