Job Description
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industry segments.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.
- Conduct solution-based selling by understanding customer requirements and positioning tailored cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and account growth.
- Support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Provide market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-facing presence.
- Articulate communicator with strong logical thinking and a genuine enjoyment in interacting with people.
- Strong desire to build a career in sales and technology.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
