Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting and implementing full year brand plans from planning to execution that align with business objectives to increase brand awareness, create consumer value, and drive brand affinity amongst consumers.
  • Focus on the timely implementation of Marketing Plans (ATL & BTL); collaborating with the commercial team to ensure the plan is in line with the brand vision, strategy plan, and business objectives. Working closely with Sales on BTL-related quantities, outlet allocations, purchases, forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Review and analyze brand and campaign performances against goals and provide recommendations to meet said goals.
  • Align with stakeholders on marketing activations and plans.
  • Support in the development of the Marketing Mix (Media Planning, Go-To-Market Strategy, POSM Developments, Packaging Design Developments, In-Store Activation).
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and external business partners to ensure the timely and efficient execution of plans.
  • Assist in marketing efforts and ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Brand and Marketing Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sustainability and promoting eco-friendly products.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Sensitivity to numbers to analyze data and create accurate forecasts.
