Job Description

The Booking Operations Executive is responsible to assist on manual fulfilment for customers. You must be an expert in online platforms used to conduct digital sales or conversions on a website. Your responsibilities are to achieve goals like handle and resolve booking issues or queries and to perform optimisation on processes. You will be versatile in handling multiple software programs, prompt and accurate in your responses to systems and internal communications and provide a simple, rapid, competent support experience.


  • Handles and resolves manual bookings, booking-related queries and cases based on company's policies and procedures
  • Identifies and escalates difficult and complex issues to senior team members
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and merchants
  • Liaises with internal departments and external merchants to fulfil booking amendments and refunds
  • Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of all interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in the company's systems
  • Keeps updated with company procedures and processes
  • Shares merchant feedback with relevant departments for further improvements

Job Requirements

  •  SPM/ O Levels or higher/ Preferably Diploma qualification and above
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Preferred minimum 1 year of working experience in the service-related industry or equivalent
  • Good organisation, attention to details, good time management and takes initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Able to work shifts (including weekends & public holidays)
