Job Description

As a Skincare Cabin Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury skincare experience, representing the highest standards of the brand. Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding permanent cabin services that reflect the ultimate luxury skincare experience
• Providing personalized skincare consultations and expert product recommendations, including the use of advanced skin diagnostic tools (e.g., Skin Analyzer or Skin Scanner)
• Acting as the primary ambassador for professional skincare solutions, embodying the brand's skincare expertise
• Managing cabin bookings and cultivating client loyalty through excellent service and relationship-building
• Ensuring the skincare cabin's maintenance and presentation meet luxury brand standards
• Collaborating with skincare trainers and experts to organize and lead skincare events (e.g., beauty classes, high-profile presentations)
• Completing comprehensive training on the full skincare services menu, in alignment with the international training curriculum
• Participating in public relations (PR) activities as requested to enhance brand visibility and reputation

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• CIBTAC certification is an added advantage.
