Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Affiliate Partner Development Specialist to support the growth of our affiliate program. This role focuses on acquiring, onboarding, and nurturing new affiliate partners—such as influencers and content creators—while managing performance data and optimizing partner success. You will play a key role in expanding our partner ecosystem and driving performance through strategic support and relationship-building.

 

• New Partner Acquisition (Lead Generation):
  • Proactively identify and generate leads for potential affiliate partners across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies that align with brand values and target audience profiles.
• Partner Outreach & Onboarding:
  • Initiate contact with prospective partners via email, direct messaging, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required personal and payment information.
• Partner Incubation & Support:
  • Act as the main point of contact during the initial 60-day incubation period for new affiliates.
  • Provide dedicated support, troubleshoot issues, share best practices, and offer tips for performance optimization.
• Influencer Database Management:
  • Maintain and regularly update an offline influencer database with weekly reviews.
  • Segment influencers by tier and performance, and identify potential candidates for campaign upgrades or increased engagement.
• Influencer Profiling:
  • Develop and apply a scoring system to evaluate influencers based on engagement, content quality, audience relevance, and other key metrics.
  • Keep influencer profiles current with accurate data including niche category, platform details, follower count, and engagement statistics.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Use internal dashboards and analytics tools to monitor affiliate performance.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends and areas for growth, and share actionable insights with partners to boost their campaign success and earnings.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or influencer management, particularly in partner acquisition and relationship development.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Xiaohongshu) and current digital trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in initiating outreach and building rapport with external partners.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, especially for managing and maintaining accurate databases.
• Proactive, self-starting, and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to discover and convert new partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms or tools.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce industry and its evolving affiliate landscape.
