Job Description
Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes involved to help shape a successful company.
With people as the core attribution to a company's success, you'll be in charge of:
- Sourcing for potential candidates based on various requirements through a variety of means (database searches, online job postings, targeted searches and personal networking)
- Screening, selecting and assessing suitable candidates to ensure their previous experiences and technical capabilities are aligned with clients' needs
- Conducting pre-screener interviews through phone calls and video calls
- Processing data for candidates' applications
- Stakeholder and account management to maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiate and handle candidate offers
- Be exposed to various industries and job titles to fully understand them for better quality screening and searching
- Attend career-related event, including job fairs, to engage in recruitment activities and promote FIND and clients' brands
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Comfortable with communicating
- Goal oriented
- Quick learner
- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin is a must (written & spoken)
- Experience in handling multiple types of positions and industries will be an added advantage
