Job Description
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases
- Screen and interview potential candidates via phone and video calls
- Coordinate job applications, track candidate progress, and maintain recruitment data
- Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide candidate recommendation
- Support offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with both clients and candidates
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote FIND Talents and client brands
- Gain insights into various job functions, company cultures, and industry trends
- Training and mentorship provided – no prior experience in recruitment needed

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Good command of English
- Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese additional languages would be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Goal-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or experience in HR, recruitment, or sales is an added advantage
