Job Description

1. Preparation & Estimation of Quotations and Project costs for development and/or interior fit out projects. Which included: Pre-qualification documents, tender documents/submission, budget and financial forecast.
    
2. Handle contractual matters related to construction agreements and contracts, including payment, claims and managing changes in project scope.
    
3. Cost Management & Cost Tracking: Estimate project costs accurately for tender submissions and monitor expenses against budgets. Monitor project expenses, adjust plans as needed, and maintain financial control.
    
4. Project & Contractor Management: Source sub-contractors, negotiate pricing, and oversee contractual agreements. Collaborate with project teams, handle variation works and engage with clients and consultants.
    
5. Evaluation & Measurement: Assess work progress, evaluate variations and progress claims from sub-contractors. Monitor variation orders, well recorded and claimed.
    
6. Cost Tracking & Payment Management: Monitor project expenses within budget, issue work orders, purchase orders, analysis of project costs and ensure timely payments.
    

7.     Project Assessment: Regularly monitor project quality and quantity to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
 

8.    Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

 

Job Requirements

• The candidate must possess at least Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• minimum of 3 years related working experience 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word , Power point 
• Possess leadership quality, good interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Strong contractual knowledge, negotiation and delivery assignment within the committed dateline.
