Role Overview
In this position, you will work closely with a designated portfolio of content creators to strengthen and enhance their engagement with the platform. Your primary goal is to help partners maximize the value of their channels, offering you the opportunity to make a significant impact on their business success. You will be operating in a target-driven environment, balancing individual performance goals while collaborating within a larger team.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, assisting in the development and optimization of their channels by promoting increased use of platform tools and features.
• Identify and understand customers’ needs and business objectives.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of key platform features to align them with customer requirements.
• Manage a high volume of potential clients daily through video calls, emails, and phone communications.
• Conduct portfolio management and prioritization, identifying opportunities and following up with content creators over an extended period.

Job Requirements

 

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). A Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Journalism is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and/or online advertising or social media.
• Strong motivation to meet or exceed targets in productivity, preparedness, sustainability, task performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive pitches over the phone and craft compelling proposals.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to effectively plan and manage daily tasks.
• A strong client focus, with a genuine interest in customer engagement and ownership of business goals.
• Passion for social media and digital content.
• Ability to thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
