Job Description
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales team
- General office administration works such as accurate documents filing, keep record and etc
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia - speaking clients.
- Day-to-day Web-team coordination.
- Knowledge of Salesforce software is an added advantage
- Prepare relevant weekly & monthly report.
- To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned when required

- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
- Able to meet deadline, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Bahasa a plus
- Good attention to details and organizing skills
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with good writing skills
