Admin Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Description

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
    • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the sales team
    • General office administration works such as accurate documents filing, keep record and etc
    • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia - speaking clients.
    • Day-to-day Web-team coordination.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce software is an added advantage
    • Prepare relevant weekly & monthly report.
    • To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned when required
Job Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
    • Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
    • Able to meet deadline, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Bahasa a plus
    • Good attention to details and organizing skills
    • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with good writing skills
