O’Briens Irish Sandwich Café is a lifestyle chain cafe founded in 1988 by Brody Sweeney in Dublin, Ireland and has since expanded to over 150 cafes worldwide. Now we have 30 cafes in Malaysia and O’Briens is easily accessible to anyone who craves for a healthy wholesome meal. We are known for our freshly made-to-order hand-cut sandwiches, salads, wrappos, soups, gourmet coffees, freshly squeezed juices, refreshing smoothies, cakes, Irish snacks and outside catering platters. Our sandwiches are prepared using the premium ingredients as you deserve nothing but the best!

1. Reconcile accounts payable transactions against supplier SOA on a monthly basis.
2. Maintains a complete and accurate general ledger and Cash Book in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the organization has accurate statement of its financial position.
3. Prepare payment vouchers and submit by online or cheques and update suppliers on payment status.
4. Record & handle of data entry & filling for Outlet Sales.
5. Integrate sales & invoice into Autocount Accounting Software.
6. Check and verify supplier invoices with other documentation for payment request.
7. Responsible for proper filling of accounting of all records and documentation
8. Perform reconciliation of various payment modes and sales channels, eg. Credit Cards, e-wallets, deliveries, etc. to ensure all transactions have been properly taken up and to detect error.
9. Ensure filing is done timely and properly for easy retrieval of information.
10. Assist ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
• Good communication skill, strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and team work.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
