Accounts and HR Manager

Job Description
    • Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and financial reports.
    • Ensure all accounts receivable and accounts payable are properly recorded and reconciled.
    • Manage the company's general ledger, including making necessary journal entries and account reconciliations.
    • Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
    • Oversee annual audits, tax submissions, and regulatory compliance, liaising with external partners.
    • Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and oversee financial operations.
    • Manage end-to-end HR processes & recruitment , ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role
    • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
    • Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
