Job Description
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals.

- Supervise daily AP and ER processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Oversee workload management, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
- Identify and implement process enhancements for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as SLA adherence, accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Leverage data insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Proactively manage operational issues and escalations.
- Assess risks and implement controls to ensure financial and compliance integrity.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into effective operational solutions with a customer-centric mindset.
Team lead is a key leadership role within a shared services or BPO environment, responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Employee Reimbursements (ER) operations. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, leading a high-performing team, and managing stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in BPO, shared services, or finance operations (preferably in AP & ER)
- Proven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin (required) and English, both spoken and written.
- Good understanding of finance processes in BPO or shared services.
- Able to manage KPIs, monitor quality, and meet SLA targets.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Confident in working with stakeholders and communicating across cultures.
- Comfortable working with global teams and in different time zones.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
