• Review and validate financial transactions according to company policies.
• Spot discrepancies such as policy breaches, duplicate claims, or data issues.
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, financial guidelines, and audit requirements.
• Work closely with global teams across different time zones with clear, professional communication.
• Adapt quickly to changes — whether in volume, systems, or processes.
• Maintain high accuracy and performance under pressure.
• Provide feedback to help improve policies and workflows.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in a finance shared services center is a plus.
• Familiar with following standard operating procedures in daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing documents.
• Able to spot errors, inconsistencies, and policy issues.
• Good understanding of internal controls and audit standards.
• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) — required for system and document handling.
• Good command of English for both speaking and writing.
• Comfortable working with international teams and stakeholders.
