Job summary: Responsible to handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, ensure accuracy and timely processing.

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
2. Financial data entry and general book keeping.
3. Maintain, prepare & monitor aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payment.
4. Assist in monitoring company cash flows, cash flow projection, bank reconciliation, bank facilities and etc.
5. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
6. Ensure daily accounts function and datelines are met.
7. Matching of accounting documents and other day-to-day operations of accounting functions
8. Ensure undertaking with company SOP and accounting policies and procedures.
9. Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed, labelled and kept for future references.
10. Assist Account Manager and team members in any financial-related and accounting administrative matters.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years working experience in accounting or financial management.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Accounting Professional Papers/ ACCA / or equivalent, preferably with CGPA above 3.0.
• Superb advantage if you have experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) system.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Have own transportation to travel to Semenyih.
