Job Description
- Handling phone and email inquiries from travel agencies (B2B)
- Processing ticket reservations, changes, and refunds
- Handling group reservations and special service requests (e.g., wheelchair assistance)
- Processing using airline-specific tools
- Confirming refunds and payments (coordinating with internal departments)
- Handling escalations (phone/email)
- Achieving quality metrics (CSAT, FCR, etc.) and KPIs
- Proposing improvements within the team
- Participating in training and continuous skill development
As part of a major airline's B2B support team, you will handle phone and email inquiries from travel agencies. You will process procedures such as ticket reservations, changes, refunds, and special requests using airline-specific tools.
Job Requirements
- Japanese: Native level (reading, writing, conversation)
- English: B1 to B2 level (required for training and internal communication)
- Ability to communicate politely
- Basic PC skills

- Work time : Mon-Fri(Including PH), 9AM-6PM
