Customer Success Specialist・Japanese-English 【Online Payment Site】

Full-time | On-site

Job Description
    • Handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email from Japanese customers using online payment services
    • Verifying account information and transactions, and providing troubleshooting support
    • Resolving customer issues promptly and courteously to enhance satisfaction
    • Recording and reporting to internal systems
    • Collaborate with other departments and escalate issues as necessary
    • Propose quality improvements and participate in ongoing training
    • Achieve KPIs (response quality, volume, etc.) set by the company and clients
Job Requirements
    • Japanese: Native (Japanese nationality)
    • English: Above conversational level (for internal tools/chat, TOEIC 450–600 or higher)
    • Customer service or call center experience preferred (No experience required)
    • Basic proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
    • Customer-oriented with flexible problem-solving skills
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team collaboration abilities
    • Interest in or basic knowledge of finance and e-commerce preferred
Additional Information

    Working Hours:

    • 5 days per week (shift system) / Monday to Sunday
    • Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Malaysia Time
    • Shifts are subject to change monthly
