Job Description
- Handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email from Japanese customers using online payment services
- Verifying account information and transactions, and providing troubleshooting support
- Resolving customer issues promptly and courteously to enhance satisfaction
- Recording and reporting to internal systems
- Collaborate with other departments and escalate issues as necessary
- Propose quality improvements and participate in ongoing training
- Achieve KPIs (response quality, volume, etc.) set by the company and clients
Job Requirements
- Japanese: Native (Japanese nationality)
- English: Above conversational level (for internal tools/chat, TOEIC 450–600 or higher)
- Customer service or call center experience preferred (No experience required)
- Basic proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Customer-oriented with flexible problem-solving skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and team collaboration abilities
- Interest in or basic knowledge of finance and e-commerce preferred
Additional Information
- 5 days per week (shift system) / Monday to Sunday
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Malaysia Time
- Shifts are subject to change monthly
