Job Description
    • We provide friendly and efficient service to ensure our customers enjoy a comfortable travel experience.
    • As the initial point of contact for complaints, we handle inbound calls professionally, including emergencies.
    • Customer interactions are conducted via phone and messaging.
    • We accurately identify issues and escalate matters as necessary.
    • We provide courteous and accurate email responses to customers, researching information using various resources and troubleshooting issues.
    • We may also act as a liaison between customers and other departments, coordinating responses between both parties.
    • To achieve our goals, it is essential to approach tasks proactively and independently.
Job Requirements
    • Education
      Diploma, Degree or higher (High school graduates require 7+ years of work experience + minimum 5 years of customer service-related experience)
Additional Information

    Work Place : KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

    Work Hours : Mon-Sun...2days off

                             7AM-4:30PM / 10:30AM-8PM
