Job Description
- We provide friendly and efficient service to ensure our customers enjoy a comfortable travel experience.
- As the initial point of contact for complaints, we handle inbound calls professionally, including emergencies.
- Customer interactions are conducted via phone and messaging.
- We accurately identify issues and escalate matters as necessary.
- We provide courteous and accurate email responses to customers, researching information using various resources and troubleshooting issues.
- We may also act as a liaison between customers and other departments, coordinating responses between both parties.
- To achieve our goals, it is essential to approach tasks proactively and independently.
Job Requirements
- Education
Diploma, Degree or higher (High school graduates require 7+ years of work experience + minimum 5 years of customer service-related experience)

Work Place : KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Work Hours : Mon-Sun...2days off
7AM-4:30PM / 10:30AM-8PM
