Job Description
- Achieve and exceed quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts or generate new leads through self-driven prospecting.
- Conduct outbound calls/emails to engage key decision-makers, build rapport, and qualify business needs.
- Communicate the value of cloud solutions, especially in the area of security, across various industries and business sizes.
- Understand customer pain points and technical requirements, and offer consultative, solution-based sales recommendations.
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to maximize account value.
- Develop and execute targeted outbound sales campaigns from ideation to qualification.
- Maintain accurate data of leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Contribute to both individual and team sales targets, ensuring growth of the customer base.
- Share and implement best practices to optimize sales processes and workflow efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese (Native level – spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
- Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, digital advertising, account management, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and provide customer-friendly service.
- Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation.
- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
