Job Description
- Handling inquiries from retail staff, healthcare professionals, corporate partners, etc.
- Guiding device and app usage and troubleshooting
- B2B support via chat, email, and phone
- Document and manage issue details (using tools like ServiceNow or Salesforce)
- Collaborate with relevant departments (IT, Logistics, etc.) to resolve issues as needed
- Provide accurate guidance based on SOPs and knowledge bases
- Support during onboarding and new feature rollouts
- Analyze trends in common inquiries and propose improvements
Job Requirements
- Japanese: Native or near-native level
- English: B2 level or higher (requires reading, writing, and conversational skills for business use)
- Experience in help desk, customer support, or related roles (1-2 years preferred)
- Customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capabilities
- Experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.) is a plus
- Interest in beauty technology or tech products is welcome
Additional Information
πWork Location: Penang, Malaysia (Livingstone)
π Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
π Expected Start Date: By December 11, 2025 (tentative)
π Contract Period: 9 months (with possibility of renewal and conversion to permanent employee)
