Help Desk Specialist・Japanese Speaker【Beauty Tech B2B】

Job Description
    •  Handling inquiries from retail staff, healthcare professionals, corporate partners, etc.
    • Guiding device and app usage and troubleshooting
    • B2B support via chat, email, and phone
    • Document and manage issue details (using tools like ServiceNow or Salesforce)
    • Collaborate with relevant departments (IT, Logistics, etc.) to resolve issues as needed
    • Provide accurate guidance based on SOPs and knowledge bases
    • Support during onboarding and new feature rollouts
    • Analyze trends in common inquiries and propose improvements
Job Requirements
    • Japanese: Native or near-native level
    • English: B2 level or higher (requires reading, writing, and conversational skills for business use)
    • Experience in help desk, customer support, or related roles (1-2 years preferred)
    • Customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking capabilities
    • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.) is a plus
    • Interest in beauty technology or tech products is welcome
Additional Information
