Job Description
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design talent and career development programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear goal setting, feedback, and reviews.
- Lead HR digitalization projects for Learning & Performance, introducing innovative tools and systems.
- Track and report key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Partner with leaders and HR team to enhance employee experience and strengthen organizational culture.
As the Manager – Talent Management, you will lead the organization’s learning, performance, and talent development agenda. Your core mission is to design and implement frameworks that strengthen talent capabilities, career development pathways, and leadership culture, driving a high-performance workforce.
You are passionate about growth and improvement, focusing on enriching the employee learning journey, enhancing career progression opportunities, and optimizing the performance management system. Additionally, you will spearhead the HR Digitalization Transformation for the Learning & Performance Module, introducing innovative digital solutions to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Ultimately, you will ensure employees gain the skills, knowledge, and clarity they need to thrive in their roles, build meaningful careers, and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
Job Requirements
