Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their group sustainability, risk management, compliance, and internal control functions. This person will oversee ESG reporting aligned with IFRS S1/S2, coordinate ISO 9001 and 14001 audit activities with the Operations team, manage enterprise risk, and support investor ESG disclosures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Manage sustainability and ESG reporting in line with global standards
• Coordinate ISO 9001 & 14001 audits and corrective actions with the Operations team
• Support the CFO on ESG-related investor communications and rating agency engagement

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CA Malaysia/MICPA)
• 10+ years senior experience in risk, compliance, sustainability, or finance in manufacturing or listed companies
• Strong knowledge of Bursa Malaysia regulations, MACC Act, IFRS S1/S2, and ISO standards
• Proven financial acumen and leadership skills
