In March 1998, he joined the life insurance industry as a part-time worker. In the same year, he was admitted to Inti University Nilai and completed his Bachelor of Business Information Technology (Honors) at the end of 2010. Since 1998, the company has continuously won the International Quality Award (IQA. USA) every year. From 2006 to 2017, it has continuously won the industry's highest indicator, the Million Dollar Round Table (USA) membership. From 2014 to 2016, it has completed the Court of Table (USA) membership for three consecutive years. The Malaysian Association of Life Casualty Financial Planners (NAMLIFA) held the AKARD Personal Sales Award in Malaysia, including two top seven and eleven titles. The Negeri Sembilan branch won the championship titles many times as an individual and an organization, and won many awards for its achievements. In 2012, he started his charity work. So far, he has been involved in many charity organizations, including Tzu Chi International School Kuala Lumpur, Tzu Chi Taiwan Da Ai Tai, Tzu Chi International School Malacca, Tzu Chi Muar Jing Si Hall, Grace Charity Welfare Organization in Wenting Grace Nursing Home, Grace Love Child Care Center, Grace Rainbow Garden, Seremban Burmese Refugee Children's Breakfast Program, Nepal Buddhist Primary and Secondary Schools, etc. In 2017, he won the JCI Malaysia Outstanding Young Malaysian (TOYM) Award, and was one of the top 40. He also completed his Doctor in Business Administration (DBA) at Sabi University in France. In 2018, she established the En Xin Charity Organization to continue to develop charitable work. She was also awarded the JCI Malaysia Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian (TOYM) Award, becoming the first female leader in the Malaysian life insurance industry. In 2019, En Xin Restoran Dapur Sedap was established and expanded to receive at least 10 tons of fresh vegetables, bread, fruits and other supplies every month and support more than 40 centers in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Seremban, Johor, etc.
